Maybe I'll get around to finishing some of the thai inspired art that I've been working on... I'm a bit busy right now, though, so maybe next week Saying that makes me feel like a slacker haha.

I get to spend a few days in Bangkok with Sara, a good friend of mine, as well as some of my Thai host cousins. I brought my trusty laptop, but my tablet is too far away to do me any good. I left it at home since I was trying to pack light. However, I still packed quite a bit more than the Thai cousin I went with. I don't know how Thai people can pack so little... we're spending 5 days, and all he brought was a backpack and a laptop case (the pack wasn't even that big, either) I was comforted by the fact that Sara brought pretty much the same amount as me, though.

At least we didn't bring as much as two tourists I saw waiting in the bus station. I'm pretty sure the giant bags that they had strapped to their back could have held the entire contents of my closet... as well as a small child or two.
