We're all broken angels
With our wings dragging in the dust
Feathers torn out
Littering the path behind us
With words and promises
We've forgotten

Firstly: There is no such thing as too much colour, as long as you stick within similar tonal ranges. Which you have. The only part which doesn't go so well is the beak - if you softened the orange to tone with the plumage, and made the shadows blue toned instead of black it would be much more coherent.
Either that or add black through the image, and to be honest, I think that would kill it. But by all means try it both ways
Over all though, I love colour and it's fantastic to see someone using and abusing it with such obvious glee!

Tasty Juice - drink it then convert it to pee.

ClotosetZ - I set the last letter, the final word.
Great color and usage of hues.
Only thing I see that might need to be looked at is the design on the beak it sort of looks like the tears are going up the beak if maybe the design was a different color or you made it apart of the rest of the body as well that might work better.
I leave this last comment: It is easy for me and others to tell you what is better or what can be changed but in the end it is your art and what you like and what you feel when you are making it is what counts you have to be happy with your art.
